By the way weiner, the poll results in the Fry threads don't show.

Since I won't be at my computer from now until after midnight, all of the polls for this round are now open. They will all close at midnight on Monday night.
And I commend you all for the good discussions being had in the threads right now. Keep it up!

We're taking a day break from the Madness. The polls will open tomorrow night at midnight, and I'll open the threads before midnight tonight to allow for discussion.

Cubert wins 12-10. Continue discussion in the General thread.
And, really guys, stay on topic in your discussions. If it's not directly related to the topic (ex: talking about Fry and Zapp) then talk about in the General thread.
Most of the talk about Fry and Zapp was entirely relevant to the thread. People were comparing and contrasting their reasoning for their Cubert/Morgan votes.

That was the original reason, but it quickly devolved into a debate of Fry versus Zapp. Bad result here.
You should probably be more specific...

You still need to be more specific. Specifically in your definition of 'bad'.

And now to answer a question posed in the Scruffy vs Bubblegum Tate thread: Apparently the likeliness in winning their regions. Obviously the #1 is always who the region is named 4 and then #2 is the next biggest character in line etc etc.
Based on what?
It's based on appearances and the character's overall effect on the show. The top seeds are the most important characters in the show, followed by the #2 seeds, and so forth. Most of the one-note characters are in the lower seeded slots. Scruffy is a 13-seed because of his limited appearances and (at least formerly) limited effect on plots. Although I love Scruffy, I wouldn't make him a 5-seed like Calculon, Cubert, Lrrr, or Bubblegum Tate, for example, because he's less consequential of a character in the grand scheme of things. Likewise with Hedonismbot being only an 11-seed.

I'm surprised no females made it to the semi's or final round, especially seeing as this is Peel...

Are you implying that PEEL is full of shallow perverts who rather vote for someone with boobs than someone who deserves it?

When Zapp and Zoidberg was out, I was certain Bender is going to win and I still am. But I stand by my principle of not voting in the final.
Although, I would be amused if you all voted for Farnsworth just to prove me wrong.

Let me be the first to say: Big thanks to weiner-boy for taking charge of the Fall Madness once again and making it the biggest we ever had. Sure it took a long time from start to finish, but it was well worth it. Also a great decision to open the topics with closed polls at first so people could discuss and reason as to why what candidate got their vote. Big thumbs up for that all, weiner
