I'm going to make a point to say this... not that I hate you or anything Bender_Waffles, I think both you and your mother are good posters and each deserve noms as that.

There is no written rule about not voting for yourself, there are in fact... no rules governing POTM... but as a PEEL purist, I think there's an unwritten rule about not voting for yourself.  In a way, it's an act of dishonor to vote for yourself, since even if you were the greatest poster evAr you should have a certain aire of humility and self restraint to stop you from voting for yourself.  I'm not sure if this post will have any impact on anyone, but I do hope that it brings the fact to point.  Maybe I'm wrong... maybe I'm just the local crazy who has everything all wrong... I'm sure that's possible... but ask yourself... ask yourself this: has anything I've just said made any sense?  If it has.... could you find yourself following it?  If you could... why aren't you?  I think you'll eventually find your inner center... the PEELcenter.....
