Hey everybody, I don't know if this is new or old news but RDS (Rough Draft Studios) has a message board and you can ask the animators that worked on Futurama questions.
How cool is that?
RDS also owns the studio in Korea that does Futurama, The Simpsons, Ren and Stimpy, Bevis and Buthead, Most of the stuff you see on Cartoon Network and more.
Here's the address. Viva La Rama! www.calleros.com/Pages/rds/RDmain.html

Yeah, that is a nice find, although not quite as nice as the find found in this thread.

Great thread, it's the same site.
I just got back from diving deeper into the RDS site. They reference alot of the inside studio activity, which is pretty great if you're a die hard fan.....like me.

Thanks Shoopbender, I hope more Futur-philes visit the site cuz I feel a bit overwhelmed by the thought of the Futurama Directors and staff answering just my questions. That's what I love about PEEL it already feels like a family. I can't wait until I feel that comfortable with the shows creators. I think that Matt Groening and DXC have screen names but aren't reveiling themselves.

Well then welcome in our family Simp-o-Rama, or should I say Ken Keeler?
Do you really think they are registred members? I'm pretty sure they read Peel stuff sometimes, but I don't know if they are registred. Maybe?

It would be great if they were. But shame on them for covering!

Well some of the stuff rings true and some comes off like crazy animators with nothing to do (maybe they're waiting for Futurama to get picked up???).
I'm gonna keep visting the site regardless. There's a Futurama message board for "Ask the animators" so I'm assuming that there must still be artists or directors in the building.
Thanks for the Ken Keeler comment, I wish.

Okay, I admit it... I'm actually former vice-president turned professional voice actor Al Gore.

I'll be closing this for the sake of the other thread that was linked to.

Please keep in mind that getting too many people asking questions there might force it shut as it might become too "official looking" for the RDS guys. The site is not official but by people who work there.
