I don't think he did any voices on Family Guy.  And I'm very sure he didn't do Arnold's voice from Hey Arnold.... since all the voices were done by actual factual children...

There seems to be two petition sites... one with 6400+, and one with 1400+ sigs...

and they seem to be diffent sets of sigs... at least I coudn't find my name at #62... anyone know what is going on?

According to IMDB, he did a voice on the first episode of Family Guy, possibly Kool-Aid Man...others who have done both Futurama and Family Guy include Phil Lamarr, Maurice Lamarche, and Frank Welker.

That petition was started way back in February 2002 (same time as CGEF started their petition), so I doubt this Stephen fellow even remembers the petition any more. Then again wouldn't hurt to ask.

ok, i realize we're f**ked, in however it's been, a month or so, we've gotten 1550 signatures. it was going ok for the first week or so, about 130 sigs a day, but now it's dead. i wouldnt even bother doing anything else.

as for the other petition, 1: like teral said, he's probably given up hope by now. 2: there's no way to combine petitions without just printing them both out and delivering them together, and some of the sigs would be duplicates. so there's really no point.

sorry, everyone, i'll leave the advertisement on my site, but i've given up hope. unless it suddenly starts going up at a steady rate of about 500 sigs a day, i'm done.
