What happened with Futurama the game for GC ?

Firstly, welcome to PEEL. I recommend you read this:

Secondly, I think this thread belongs in the PE Stockroom (although this is kind of moot as it's a straightforward question and answer thread_.

Thirdly, it's believed that the reason GC Futurama was cancelled is because they wanted to minimize outlay, by only releasing the game on the two most popular consoles. It's annoying, really - but it's the world of economics.   

At the moment, it's all but certain it won't be released in the US, and slightly more (but still highly un)likely it will be released in Europe. [-mArc-] says that two of the development team for the GC version no longer work at the company, which is not a good sign.
