I was just thinking I don't know wheteher it was thsi show or another cartoon. In it, there were smart bugs riding on frogs they'd tamed. Could someone possibly give me a series and episode name?

I was wondering about an episode of a show I saw. i believe it was Futurama. I'm sure you know what it's like to have forgot something and it will bug you until you get an answer.

I believe that was in an episode of "Fairly Oddparents". It's the one where Wanda goes on vacation and leaves Cosmo in charge, and he and Timmy increase the intelligence of a swarm of roaches and almost doom mankind.
