You mean Scruffy? Details are sketchy, because he is such a mysterious character  . All I know is that he's the janitor, he's called Scruffy, he doesn't seem particularly active, enjoys a certain kind of magazine  , and believes in PE  .

Yeah it's Scruffy there is a bio on CGEF here which basically says all there is to know about the man. Absolutly nothing.
