OK, now I have seen it. And I sorta liked it. I normally have to watch episodes 2 or 3 times before i really like them, thats why im not too enthusiastic yet. The Zoidberg scenes where a little far out, but ok, at least he had diapers this time  I would rate it ... B- till now. maybe B+ later on today

I thought the episode was pretty well done...really futuristic and bizarre.  I'd give it an A-.  Now before I hated Nibbler, but him talking and the colony of nibblers was funny.

I think it was better than "Bendless Love", but not one of my favourites.

I think the brains were not too funny and the race of supernibblers well, it seemed a little childish to me.

But the obeyed the golden rule "Everything has to return to normal at the end of the episode" - but maybe even too much.

Please leave Nibbler the stupid, hungry pet, that I actually liked and go to hell with "Lord Nibbler"!

And no more "Superfry" please!

By the way: where on the attack was 25-Star General ZZZZAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP BrrrrrraAAAAANIGAN?

NAh, I'll explain it. The show was "Space Ghost Coast to Coast" and one episode had the host with the most (cake) Space Ghost, hocking a product called 'Sham-Brain' a shampoo for the mind. Meanwhile on the Brain planet, Carl and his son, Carl, got infuriated by SG making a mockery of the product, and went to fight him. Anyway, Space Ghost's terrible logic made 'BRAIN HEAD EXPLODE!' and that was that. There. Watch Space Ghost Coast to Coast! The meatiest show out there! (aside from Futurama)

Hi, just wanted to say that I really loved the literature trips in this episode... especially Ahab's gold piece routine.

Also, IMHO the Nibblonians worked OK, as long as they don't keep bringing it up again. It was all right as a one-off joke.

My review:

This episode=not too good. The story had potential, but all in  all, it just wasn't that funny. And I thought the conclusion(travelling through classic books) was kinda lame. It wasn't awful though. And of course the hypno toad is sexy as hell.

the book part was cringe inducingly lame.  It was stupid, not funny, and annoying because of its stupid-not-funny-ness.  Lets face it, classic lit. is not cool and anyone who thinks it is shouldn't be watching cartoons on tv...

Someone in the crew likes those books, they've been menchoned a lot both on Futurama and the Simpsons.

It was kind of lame but I think it got better when Fry started writing his own book ful of plot wholes and speling arrors.

Nibble is adorable, and anything with him OR Zoidberg is good. (I don't care what you people say, I LOVED That's Lobstertainment.) Also, the pet show was classic, especially the animal with a human for a pet.
