i think fry's the most believable character. he's also the dumbest (in my opinion, besides Zapp) and could be one of the ppl i meet everyday.
later ~futurefreak   :p

EDITED by the new evil master:

some other questions:
1) how many gals has fry slept w/?
2) leela and zapp get it on . ya. i remember that episode, but will they ever show it again???
3) coolest character? bender. that's all i have to say.

Obviously not, because it would not increase his posts counter.

Well, a very personal question :).

Seriously, there is probably no one, who knows that, because we all met Fry just a few minutes before he got frozen. We only can guess (or ask Matt :) ).

To start with, I'd say Amy's the most believable character, since she doesn't have the extreme stupidity that Fry has.

As for your questions...

1) At least four... Michelle, Amy, that girl he picked up at "The Hip Joint", and Morgan.
2) Who knows? Who knows if they'll ever actually show ANY episode again? At least football's over in a few weeks.
3) Morbo is the coolest character. But Amy's my favorite.

Leela was working at the cryogenics lab where Fry was thawed out. She tried to assign him his fate (pizza delivery boy), but he ran off to contact Prof. Farnsworth, whom Leela said was his only living relative. He headed to what he thought was a telephone booth, but what was really a suicde booth, where he met a certain foulmouthed robot. After they survived their (on Fry's part, unintentional) suicide attempt, Leela caught them, but they escaped. Leela tracked them down, but Fry vconvinced her that fate assignment was wrong, so instead of implanting Fry's career chip, she removed her own. Now a fugitive herself, they fled to Farnsworth's lab, where he offered them jobs as interplanetary couriers. Zoidberg, Hermes, and Amy were already working there at the time.

HTH.

thanx. i just didn't remember if fry had met amy, hermes, or zoidberg in some mysterious way like he met bender, leela, n his great great great etc. nephew. i wonder how amy, hermes, n zoidberg did meet the professor n started working for him. how many times has the pilot been shown, twice? i wish they would show it again. that episode was great.

Well, Zoidberg is supposed to be the Professor's oldest friend, and Amy got her internship because she had the same blood type as Farnsworth. I have no idea how Hermes got his job, though...

well there is a very important lesson in all of this.  You can't just climb to the top of the ladder of life through limbo contests.

I think the entire rerun is ridiculous. They aired the episodes in the US last year and do it already again ?! Usually there is a larger gap.

Actually, yeah... they usually run episodes two or three times in a year. But it doesn't matter, 'cause it's only 11 days 'til we get a new episode!

It doesn't really matter, but I also think Fry is the most believable character.

Even though I'm a fan of Leela, I think Amy is the most realistic character, there are plenty of people just like her. There are plenty of people like Fry too but I suspect they'd have a rather stronger reaction to being frozen for 1000 years.
