Bender occasionally makes these to-the-point comments about the human condition that I really love and find highly quotable:

That I do! Incidentally, one of the most quotable quotes ever (for me, at least)--"I've not heard of them"--is from that episode. I tend to say "I've not something-something" when the opportunity arises.

I get the feeling that as soon as I post this something else will spring into my head but for now it's:

Obviously that's the final punchline to a fairly lengthy set up but I'm sure you'll all recognise it without me having to type it all out.

I think old Zapp was the funniest by far.

In his first appearance: "Ah, a well calculated move straight out of Sun Tzu's The Art of War, or my own master work, Zapp Brannigans Big Book of War."

Eh. The whole In-A-Gadda-Da-Leela premise wasn't that funny, and more and more of his appearances don't have the same humor. His appearance in Cold Warriors was unnecessary.

The only line I found particularly funny from Zapp this season was his "Like shooting fish in a barrel" comment.

I concur. He barely appeared at all in the early seasons but each time he did hilarity was guaranteed.

Whilst still amusing, his impact has been lessened due to the regularity of his appearances.
