This was a great episode! I loved it! Finally, we get an Amy episode that doesn't involve the Kif relationship! This is the first time this has ever happened since PYHOMS (which nonetheless is still about a relationship), so yeah, it's about time we had an Amy episode which doesn't involve getting it on with someone! Nice! The main cat was hillarious I thought, as was Professor Katz. And also, finally, Wornstrom gets his series 6 debut! Was also nice to see the full-length theme intro, first time since Rebirth. The story was complicated and may take several viewings, but on a whole, this episode was one of my favourites of series 6 so far, and I'm ranking it in 2nd place. Many people were slating this episode before it even aired - well IMO it's turned out great, so lesson here is, don't slate until you see it. [Gopher]I'm spoilerizing this to reduce the odds of people responding with their own lists in the wrong thread. These ranking lists go in the general Season 6 thread. I'd move this post but it's mostly about this ep, not the season in general.[/gopher] My Series 6 Rankings:
1 - The Late Phillip J Fry 2 - That Darn Katz! 3 - The Duh-Vinci Code 4 - Proposition Infinity 5 - Lethal Inspection 6 - Rebirth 7 - In-A-Gagga-Da-Leela 8 - Attack Of The Killer App

Kryten: Stop posting the season 6 ranking lists in here people. Wrong thread for that, and I'm tired of moving posts, so any more will just be deleted rather than moved.
Yes, I too wonder why you are still an 'UberMod'. Edit: You jerk!

Also leela, when she was emptying the litter box.
It might be worthless, but she still has to empty the litter box.
Not my point. While emptying it she called it 'volatile dark matter'
She may have called it "volatile" but it obviously wasn't going to be used as spaceship fuel since she was just dumping it into the lava. Yes I realized they called it "inert" at the end of BG but maybe they just meant "inert as a fuel source" I'm just speculating here.

I loved this episode. Then again, I love cats. While this was a bit lacking in the plot area, it more than made up with it by the amount of great jokes.

Cats are murderous furballs who try to trip you when you are going down stairs Check your balance and give your cat food when it needs it. And maybe check your sight. attempt to spread disease by bringing dead vermin into the house Yeah, so many people in more advanced countries die each year because of dead mice. and mooch and whine whever something isn't in their interest.
Sounds like some strange breed or a cat that is incredibly spoiled. You have probably had some worrying experiences with spoiled indoor cats.

Maybe you should read the thread and the forum before writing. Hate is pretty rare, and most people thought this episode was around standard (7/10), but some thought it was brilliant and some hated it. That's the deal with most episodes.
I did read the entire thread, get off your pedestal buddy. You aren't better than me so don't act like it. There are definitely more average reviews, but the "bad" reviews are all deeming it the worst episode of all time, which is the problem I have. This episode is better than NUMEROUS episodes from the original run. The reviews over at CGEF aren't so hot either
