At the earliest it can be 6ACV14, since 6ACV13 is about the seasonal stories as revealed to CGEF ( More here).

Very very nice summary of the reason half year's information on Futurama. And even some stuff I've missed. Very useful for our Infosphere articles.

Thanks for the compliment. I do my best. That's why they pay me the big bucks. Oh, wait. I do the blog for free. Nevermind.

Has anyone seen the new clip on youtube of the storyboard of three mins of the next ep with voices? If you wanna see, here's the link:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wwUw0FQmDo&feature=related Enjoy.
You think a Futurama would not be aware of that? Yeah, we know. My guess is, Futurama's new episodes will come on Comedy Central. Let's face it, it's better off on CC than on FOX. Maybe Sky Jockeys will just be another Sit Down, Shut Up, and it will only last 5 episodes. That website looks hopeful about Futurama coming back on FOX, anyway.
Sorry for double post. Does Comedy Central broadcast everything at the same time? So, when it comes out in America, will we in Britain be able to watch it at the same time as the Americans?
No. They are two different channels. Unless you can receive the broadcast of the American channel.

BTW, svip, thanks for the Twitter bump. Well, I assume it was you since the timing of your reply here coincides with a spike in traffic on my blog within the hour (60 views within the first 30 mins of publication - thanks, Futurama fans!)
And I'm an idiot for not thinking to check the Infosphere for season 6 updates. Wow, that would've saved me a lot of time poring through threads here and doing Google news searches (not to mention sorting through backlogged Google news alerts for the last 6 months).
So I added a link in my report to your S6 coverage on the wiki, svip.
If it works out, I may just have some original, exclusive-like Futurama-related news to post here as the premiere of S6 draws nigh...provided the interviews I've requested with a few noted Futurama-type peoples goes as planned. Got one such phone interview coming up in the very near future...

The Twitter bump was not me as I tend to refuse to use Twitter. And so, not unsurprisingly, does not. But congratulations to whoever made the brilliant timing.

It is June 10th. It even says so on epguides.com
Not in the UK.

Oh, has Comedy Central ever shown a commercial about the new season yet?
They haven't, and they probably won't start advertising the new season until mid-May or two weeks beforehand. At least May's two months away...

Quote from the Huffington Post: Now there is the chance that the show comes back and sucks terribly, especially considering that Matt Groening's cartoons haven't been funny in well over seven years and the Comedy Central Futurama movies were, in my opinion, sub-par. Instead, I'll hope that it follows in the footsteps of Family Guy and comes back more refined and funnier than ever. Ultimate Fail.

Pfft, his analysis is completely off. Family Guy is worse now than it was before cancellation. And the reason The Simpsons haven't been funny in quite a while is because they have exhausted the material related to its characters, setting, etc.
My assumption is that Phil LaMarr is right, that Futurama is now funnier than it used to be, not because they followed in the footsteps of Family Guy, but because they came back with renewed energy, and probably did consider some possible Futurama plots over the years.
