gotfuturama mentioned on futurama

i was listening to the commentary on 'thats lobstertainment' and i think it was David .s cohen was saying he was on gotfuturama on the rating parts and he was on that's lobstertainment and something i cant remember it all though.

Yeah, it's mentioned a few times. The second time is after the end of "Jurassic Bark" when Cohen reads some of the reviews posted on CGEF. Verrone mentions the alt.tv.futurama newsgroup in the "That's Lobstertainment" commentary as well.

Wow the site we use for our resources is natinally famous that even the creators of the show have seen it      I feel privaliged!

I expect that quite a few of the creators would have been around a few of the sites. I think someone said in the commentary either in A Flight To Remember or Xmas Story that they went straight to a Futurama board and found frustrated fans complaining about how Leela and Fry didn't actually kiss properly.

There's us, there's The Hip Joint, there's there's whatever FOX have slapped together, there's what's left of The Leela Zone's forum, and there were two or three slapped together for smaller sites that have since died the death of the dying.

Hi, this is my first post.  I enjoy listening to the DVD commentary too.  I think Cohen was talking about how That's Lobstertainment didn't go over big with the fans, and that it was rated the worst amongst the episodes.

DXC said he loves to hear the fans get angry that Fry and Leela haven't kissed, meaning that he had to have checked a board or something, but they can't read any of the fan fiction because of legal reasons, so
When the show was cancelled, could they have read any of the fanfic?
I'm just wondering...
Hey if they read the postings on message boards, does that mean DXC or some one could be reading this?

I saw this and David X Cohen said that there was one guy constantly bashing the episode over and over again. He sent the guy an email and asked him what was wrong with the episode. The guy responded and i forget the rest. I think he was apologizing and stuff.

was it really David X who said that? I think it was one of the writers.
