I don't think my hate for FOX could grow anymore than it already is. Someone needs to make a FOX-bashing site like that guy who got mad at NIKE for not putting Sweatshop on his customized sneakers even though it wasn't in violation of any of the customization rules.
I always thought as long as you don't let people download whole episodes, you don't sell anything Futurama-related without FOX's permission, and put "Futurama is property of 20th Century FOX" or something to that effect at the bottom of every page you become immune to C&D's.

I think screen captures and audio clips may be copyright violations under the Berne Convention.

The Berne Convention is the international authority on literary and artistic copyright law. Most countries in the world are members. It applies to basically everything we're debating about.

I just finished reading http://www.law.cornell.edu/treaties/berne/10.html,  and it seems to put the responsibility back with individual countries...but then again, I'm not a lawyer.  I cast a reflection in a mirror.
