Excellent likeness.  Looks kind of like Nibbles is wearing a skirt/kilt which I find mildly amusing.

Left foot could use a little straightening out though.  Sorry for my creative criticism, your drawing is really nice.

I pulled the colour straight from the original picture, didn't really notice they are a bit tanner than normal.

The background there has great detail!

Tried, couldn't get it looking the way I wanted so I gave nibbs a haircut.

Fat too manly a frame.

I use existing characters to create new ones, so there it's a more solid frame because I used Brannigan as a base. But if you could perhaps imagine that this sort of character would add shoulder pads to uh, 'compensate'

Nibs is Zapp's worst nightmare, like an evil twin or equal nemesis. Of course if there was a fanfic, Leela would kick both their asses.
