Yeah. Some people like to add love scenes to episodes. I like to slip in the odd fight scene where I feel there should have been one. This is supposed to be from 'Hell is Other Robots' obviously.

Yes... I believe I have some manner of hero fixation. Even weak slovenly antiheroes like Fry tend to get elevated to Herculean status in my drawings. There may be a psychological point to that, but I can't be arsed analysing it...

Also... robots. Metal. Metal _hard_. But humans in futurama seem to have no compunction about trying to punch them out... What's the deal with that?

Not getting at your pic, just an observation based on what's in the show - _here_, Fry would go upside the robot devil's head because he's too dumb to think about it...

I've punched some... strange things in my time. I've learned never to underestimate the human male's capacity to willingly bust up his own hand in order to make a tired point.   

I have a little trouble giving Bender facial expressions as obviously his face can't move much. Basically he's supposed to be cheering Fry on.

I've been wandering how do you get that sun-glare in your pictures? What program do you use?

I add that with photoshop.

Chain of creation goes:
1 - Pencil
2 - Ink
3 - Scan onto computer
4 - In Photoshop: Change to B&W mode
5 - Colour fill
6 - Add shadows
7 - Add background
8 - Soften edges
9 - Add optional lens flare.

Except when I go back to basics for a pencil sketch, in which case I do only the first step, but spend a lot more time on it.

It's not that hard to do.. practice makes perfect. 

You don't have to do it in Photoshop. Paint Shop Pro works just as well and comes a lot cheaper. I use Paint Shop Pro for my own art.

If you want help or get hints Marcus is the man to talk to. He showed me how to color stuff.. and he helped Coldangel_1 too.
