Ok that was awesome and the new series can not come soon enough. The revaltions made some sense I guess. Certainly explains why D'Anna appologised to one of the final five in her vision. One thing though If Tyrol is a Cylon does that make his child half Cylon and if so why didnt the doctor pick it up? I would be quite happy if they go with the plan for series 4. Best to have a strong series with a good ending rather than draging it on with crappy filler stuff (like a certain series about an island).

Watching the original Galactica on Ion. My reaction: LOLZ.
Actually, not too bad for a mid-70s TV show. But still, LOLZ.

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/showtracker/2007/05/say_it_aint_fra.html 'Battlestar Galactica': Say it ain't frakkin so! Sad but true: "Battlestar Galactica" will end its run next year after its fourth and final season. After weeks of speculation, the end is in fact near. According to a high level source at Sci Fi Channel parent company NBC Universal, the show will dock after its next 22-episode season, slated to kick off in early 2008. Sources say the decision came down from executive producers Ronald D. Moore and David Eick, who are said to feel creatively like this upcoming arc will be its last. Rumors began circulating this month when two "Battlestar Galactica" stars, Edward James Olmos and Katee Sackhoff, referred to the next season as the show's swan song while attending the annual Saturn Awards. "It's the final season, so it's definitely going to be the most vicious," Olmos told reporters. "As far as we know, in respects of the way we have this show constructed, this is the final season." Sci Fi Channel is expected to announce the news as soon as this afternoon. UPDATE: Minutes after this was posted, Sci Fi Channel sent us the press release confirming the show is ending. See what Eick and Moore have to say after the jump... "This show was always meant to have a beginning, a middle and finally, an end. Over the course of the last year, the story and the characters have been moving strongly toward that end and we've decided to listen to those internal voices and conclude the show on our own terms," Eick and Moore said in the statement. "And while we know our fans will be saddened to know the end is coming, they should brace themselves for a wild ride getting there -- we're going out with a bang ." -- Denise Martin

That rather sucks, although as Faze said it is better than going on so long that it ceases to be any good would be worse.

thanks nix! about the final cylon me speculations: -Surelly is a she .. there are allready 7 male cylons...and only 4 female it would be more ballanced 7/5 than 8/4.. The 12 cylon models are suposed to represent the colonial society.. the Cylon looked at the humans and said "i can represent their entire society in only 12 models" -About Adama or Roslin: Aparently when the time came to decide the last 4 ones who were revealed in the season 3 ending RDM stated that neither Adama or Roslin could be because that would ruin the series.. so that would mean that Adama and Roslin are NOT cylons indeed... but again.. it may only mean they are not..for now..and maybe RDM decides that one of them will be, hope not.. but again dont think so because : RDM has said he KNOWS who the final one is and that he allready left clues , the clues could be Roslin for her strange visions and that strange headache after jumping in the nebula, but doubtfull for the reasons stated before.. Starbuck may be, her Viper exploded aparently with her inside (altought we see her hand in the ejection handle, and that shot was put there on porpouse) and here she is again alive and in a brand new mk2 Viper..
but RDM stated that she is not a Cylon since the beginning of the series.. but again he can change his mind .. can he?

Starting with next week's episode of Flash Gordon, Sci Fi will begin airing the two-minute "Razor" minisode videos during each episode of Flash Gordon. This will continue each week until the premiere of the two-hour "Battlestar Galactica: Razor" special on Nov. 24.
Haha. Nice way to boost ratings on that mediocre pile of crap...

Well, at least I have the innovation of TiVo to record the whole episode and skip around it at my leisure.
I also believe that you'll be able to view the clips on Sci-Fi Channel.com like those Resistance minisodes from last season...

sorry for the double post.. but my wet dream came true!! Look at this in the very first seconds! http://youtube.com/watch?v=pdxRjqeblrs&mode=related&search= THose are old fashion Cylon fighters!!! Yeees, i love you RDM! I though he was never going to show old series ships.. In the new version as you surelly know all "original series" ships have been "moved" back in the timeline to became the ships used in the old war .. in the pilot in the museum a Viper mk.1 , BaseStar , Cylon fighter and so could be seen , making them canon in the new version

Start of GALACTICA’s Final Season Delayed Until April! Fans who have been waiting since March for new episodes of “Battlestar Galactica” are going to have to wait a little longer.
The Los Angeles Times now reports that “Galactica’s” fourth and final season, long expected to begin in January, won’t commence until April.
This would finally explain why the series’ 3rd season DVD set won’t be out till April!
Still up in the air is whether or not we’ll have to wait until 2009 to see the series’ final episodes.
The Times also reveals that series mastermind Ron Moore plans to make his directorial debut on one of “Galactica’s” last 10 episodes.
