I did go for the least logical 'Male Leela' scenario though purple hair and two eyed female sounds like the most likely had the writers did it, anyway, not so sure I like hearing about those two doing the horizontal shuffle.

I believe that it would be a male with red hair but only one eye. The question I think more would be how would the child act, impulsivly like Fry or expected like Leela.

I would think that, given the choice, Leela would opt to adopt a kid. As a child, she wanted nothing more then to have parents, and it would, if she decided to raise a child in her life, be in her power to give that to another orphan.
But why would Leela even want to have a child? They're evil little buggers that really interfere with one's ability to, well, LIVE.
Leela's life is valuable for it's own sake; not just for it's ability to create another, unlike that of most people. ANYONE can have a child, and raise one if they're not too evil or stupid. Billions of people are doing it now. But how many accualy do something that CAN'T be done by any other common Joe and Jane? I'm fairly sure Leela has done a lot of that already, and could well do more, if not bogged down by a Spawn of Satan(ie, child).

Although, there is no telling how many horrible mutations of doom Leela has that are merely recesive, but that could pop up if she ever had a kid.
Another reason she'd probably adopt if given the choice.

Common man, your 14! you have 4 more years before you can consider yourself an adult. untill then your still a kid, doesn't matter if your a little kid of a "big boy". Stop hating yourself, all of you.

The "real" way?
No wonder there are so many kids who havn't been adopted! It's this mentality that makes raising a child from birth, but not being the biological parent is somehow less legitimate then accualy poping out the little bugger yourself.
Come on. ANYONE with functioning innards can give birth! Raising someone well, THAT'S the key to parenthood, and a rare one indeed. That takes skill. That takes patience! How many parents would accualy say giving birth(if you asked the woman, I presume) was the most challenging part of raising a child if asked?
Ok, that was kinda off-topic. But I'm sure if Leela accualy considered the not-insignificant possibility of creating another, possibly worse mutant, she'd opt for adoption. She is rather intelligent.

so then by "kids" you mean "babies/toddlers"? Pretty much. But than I've met older kids like 5 & up who are real asses. I don't like kids. I wanna be like my aunt & mom's friend and just have pets all of my life. Pets are cool! And I only corrected you for saying Spacedal11 wrong was cause I don't like it being spelled wrong. Not cause I'm picky about being 11. But I've been called a lot of things, I've been, Space dal11 Spacedale11 Sapcedal11 (Why'd you do that Teral?) And of course Spacedal1.

Not as such, but I went back and checked and saw the mistake. It's corrected now. In my defense the first time was a simple typo. The second link was a cut-and-paste of the first link (because I'm lazy). My apologies.

His eyes widen. Fry: *Laughs nervously* Eh Leela, you know I haven't seen these things for over 1'000 years so what does the blue mean? Leela just blushes and hands him the box. Fry reads it. Fry: OH MY GOD! Falls over on the floor unconscious. Leela starts slapping his face to wake him up. I though that would be how it would happen. (Later at the doctors). Doctor: Well actually, it's twins. Leela just stares at Fry. Fry opens his mouth to say something but shuts it. He opens it again. Fry: Leela hold out your arms. Leela does what he says. Leela: Why? *He falls back and she catches him* Oh! That's why...
