My favourite has to be Bender's card in Mother's Day. I though that it was a funny card for Bender to buy even when it wasn't activated by Mom, but rousing, revolutionary lines are just hilarious when spoken with a squeaky voice 

There's also Hedonism Bot, obviously. He rocks.

I think they should make an entire episode with nothing but minor characters like the whale biologist, Gorgak, Glermo, iZac, Tinny Tim...and then have Nibbler eat them all. For no reason.

I have 3- Roberto is great, and nobody has yet quoted my favourite bit- 'mommy, i didnt mean to spill the trasmission fluid mommy, im sorry, no donmt weld me to the wall mommy NOOOOO' something like that anyway
my second is the wax robot asleep in the museum of wax robots- 'is there some reason a robot made of wax cant take a nap standing up in the middle of a museum of wax robots? or does that confuse you?'
and my third is the stoner in 'a head in the polls' - 'it does?! i gotta check out this brochure'

Hedonism-Bot... his name alone cracked me up, and when he spoke... oh my.

I really like Roberto. Grating voice? Maybe. But the goal was to come across as someone truly dangerous and unpredictable, and his VA SUCEEDED. I'd like to see more episodes like Insane in the Mainframe, Mother's Day and Mars University that focus on the robots, all of whom are absurdly hilarious. On the commentary, they note how the theory was that the robots assemble themselves.. How else can you explain Robos, Tinny Tim and.. dare I mention.. Fatbot? Mom's Sons [Ignar, Walt and Larry.. especially Ignar though] always make me smile. Also, more Hedonism Bot[reminds me to no end of the King Of Town]. Lunch has spoken!!

Does Tinny Tim count? He hasn't been in that many episodes, so I'm going to assume yes. I think one of the funniest things is how bad Bender mistreats him, but after I'm finished laughing until I darn near puke, I feel awful. That poor little robot! His crutch for an arm just makes it that much worse...

Going by humor alone, Roberto is probably among my top 5 favorite characters to ever be on the show. Seeing as how the Comics seem to be continuing for at least 2 more years, I hope they have a Roberto centric one.

And of course, as Pittzoid said Xanfor is very cool too.
