you should have the custom avatar flag already. Right-click and save the avatar itself first.

Then just go to your profile (profile button at top, or just click your name on any post)
On the left, under "modify profile" click "forum profile information."
Just below the picture of your current avatar, there's a field and a browse button. This'll open a file picker dialog, find the avatar where you saved it and select.
then just click "change profile" at the bottom of the page, and yer done!

:edit: went ahead and set it up on the wiki, it'll automatically display the halloween avy in October now.

Well, personally I'm wondering whether my 6'2" macho friend will ever come to work dressed in a wig, shorts, fishnet stockings and heels again.  He did it when we worked in a different city and I'm certain it would throw a lot of new people off balance.  It's tough to pull off looking good in fishnet stockings, though.  Real tough.

Apparently Halloween time is coming, so I thought one of you might appreciate a little something discordant that's been floating around on my hard drive for a while now. I was thinking of using it, but unfortunately, my hat clashes with those eyes something awful.

it's supposed to be backwards actually. It's not a macbook, it's a transparent projected screen, so it would be aligned correctly from fry's perspective.

actually, on further reflection, macs are very "hey look everybody at my mac", so maybe it was supposed to be backwards for fry and correct for everyone else.

I'm gonna find that fucking DonnyJC14, rip his fucking throat out, feed it to his mother while she's strapped down crying and force him to watch, then bring his Dad in with a shotgun collar strapped to his next, tell Donny to think of a number between 1 and 1 million, if he gets it wrong, the collar will activate. Then I'll make him eat his parents.

And then I'll slice his stomach open, get his parents out and make him eat them again. Then get them out again, and shove them up his ass.
