This is an outrage! No nominations for me, lord of posting little, unexciting and non-entertaining messages. I demand respect for the litterly seconds of time and effort I put into each post. 

Neverless, a good list and I'll be looking foreward to the bitter infighting and vote fixing that will undoubtedly follow

One thing i'd like clarifying, is the "Best Debate" done by debate topic or the quality of debating it brought up? Or is that personal choice?

I believe that we're keeping the rest of the council a secret until the actual PEELies are given out.

More the latter than the former, though the council members were free to nominate as they saw fit. Logically though, only the more obvious candidates survived to the second list of nominees, the one that you see now.

I'll just have to face it. I'll go down in history as the most forgotten PEELer ever. Im simply too mediocre    .
