Yeah, David Bowie has got to kill this category, unless Iggy & the Stooges or the Pogues have him somewhere, but he's got like a hundred contenders.  I couldn't pick.

Forgive me for being a flag-burning hippie, but most anything by Dylan is good...

Bob Dylan - With God on Our Side

Oh my name it is nothin'
My age it means less
The country I come from
Is called the Midwest
I was taught and brought up there
The laws to abide
And that land that I live in
Has God on its side.

...this is a lot of lyrics, but it's kind of stream-of-consciousness, so it'd be hard to break apart...

Neutral Milk Hotel - Song Against Sex

And the first one tore a picture
Of a dead and hanging man
Who was kissing foreign fishes
That flew right out from this hands
And when I put my arms around him
I felt the blushing blood run through my cheeks
And an eeriness surrounded when his tongue began to speak
And he said, "Oh boy you are so pretty
Enough to wrap tight in rice-paper string..."
And when I finally kissed him the whole world began to ring
Lost like a bell that's tipping over
With two cracks along both sides
And I knew the world was over so I took a look outside
And watched the fires that were reaching
Up to the weather vane and the tops of trees
And the waiting scene and the Sunday dream
They're all waiting here for me

...okay, anything by Neutral Milk Hotel.

Neutral Milk Hotel - You've Passed

The lady is dying
She bends back like a wave
As her spirit is climbing
Through the hospital wall and away

Bright Eyes - Make War

Our love is dead but without limit
Like the surface of the moon
Or the land between here and the mountains

The Smiths - Bigmouth Strikes Again

Sweetness, sweetness I was only joking
When I said I'd like to smash every tooth
In your head

My all time fave by Electric Six:

You!
I wanna take you to a gay bar,
I wanna take you to a gay bar,
I wanna take you to a gay bar,
gay bar, gay bar.

Let's start a war, start a nuclear war,
At the gay bar, gay bar, gay bar.
Waah,
At the gay bar.

Now tell me, do ya, a do ya have any money?
I wanna spend all your money,
at the gay bar, gay bar, gay bar.

I've got something to put in you,
I've got something to put in you,
I've got something to put in you,
At the gay bar, gay bar, gay bar.
Hah!

You're a superstar at the gay bar.
Yeah you're a superstar at the gay bar.
You're a superstar at the gay bar.
Superstar.
Super, superstar!

"Got the goods brother bring it on, my mother done brought me up wrong, and you can use my dick for a walking stick as well."
Supersuckers - Born With A Tail

"You say you hate corporations but you were on NBC, London's calling and they're calling you gay"
Anal Cunt - Rancid Sucks(And The Clash Sucked Too)

"What if Christmas didn't come this year, and no one paid their Christmas cheer, who would cry the biggest tear, the child or the store?"
Primus - To Defy The Laws of Tradition

"Stupid ass punk sold for popularity, drink or preach yourself into stupidity, self assured and pompous, say you don't want us, unity is everything but only among your own kind"
Capitalist Casualties - Stupid Ass Punk

"If only your mom knew you wear bandanas and boots, or that you traded your tennis racquet for a camouflage jacket"
D.R.I. - Closet Punk(while we were on the subject...)

The fact that As The Sun Sets has a song called "I've Run Over Black Cats That Were Luckier Than Me" after Fry's quote of course

"There was this friend of mine need something we couldn't give convinient answers and a cheap way out killed himself without actually dying, took a blunt lie and gouged out his mind and I can't accept that he's found the answers to those questions I'll be trying to solve until I die and I can't accept that he's somehow 'better off' because the answers aren't that simple we always assumed he wasn't either and I want his beautiful religion to burn because Steve's dead and I wasn't offered the chance to say goodbye."
Born Against - Eulogy(says in the liner notes that this song got them in a lot of trouble...gee, I wonder why, it's great though)

what we learned here is love tastes bitter when it’s gone
past yourself forget the light, things look dirty when it’s on
funny how it comes to pass, that all the good slips away
and there’s no one around you can remember being good to you

No one would have believed, in the last years of the nineteenth century, that human affairs were being watched from the timeless worlds of space. No one could have dreamed that we were being scrutinized(?) as someone with a microscope studies creatures that swarm and multiply in a drop of water. Few men even considered the possibility of life from another planet. And yet, across the gulf of space, minds immeasurably superior to ours regarded this earth with envious eyes. And slowly, and surely, they drew their plans against us
(i don't know if i got all that right though)
Jeff Wayne - The Eve Of The War

but that's not really rock is it?
also it's not really 1 line

oh well
I was looking for trouble, and boy, i found her

but that's not really rock either is it?

Pretty much anything, from the 60's to today. On Radio 2 they had entries like

Lynyrd Skynyrd - Free Bird

Guns n Roses - Sweet child of mine

It is meant to be the opening line only, but what the heck, if you really like a particular verse then go ahead and post it.

"You don't want me anymore, so I just walk right out the door, played a game right from the start, I trust you, you used me, now my heart's all torn apart"

That "walk right out the door" line makes it sound like such a cool and casual verse to me.
