I bite the top, lick out what i can, bite off more chocolate, then lick out and so on until i've eaten it all. I hate it when:
a) The chocolate outside melts where you've held it
b) The creamy stuff leaked out and gets you really sticky
c) The chocolate and/or the cream stuff is sticky and then the foil sticks when you open it and you end up with bits of foil in your mouth...
