The other 3 screenshots were taken when me and 9 other guild members ventured forth with buffs, revive packs and an assload of Stimpacks into the Genesioan Biolab.
The hunt started off pretty well, but we were swamped by quick respawing cavern spiders, Kitniks and Droidka's. Cue Benny Hill retreat sequence with lops of incapacitation, running around and overworked Medics with slowly dwindling mind bars. We retreated outside and rebuffed (not allowed to buff up in Dungeons, which is a pain in the ass) and then ventured fourth once again.
I was knocked out halfway by a fucking client crash, by the time I logged back on I was unbuffed and by Guild was too far off to help me and my I was instantly killed by a human mercenary with a goddam knife.
I spent the other half of the hunt staring at my corpse until someguy who was part of another party came into the room, and told me I had been dead so long I couldn't be revived. Sod.
The hunt was a pretty bad one, the remaining group members all got to the bottom level and waited for the Ackley to respawn (One of the Monsters Obi-Wan and Anakin fought in Attack of The Clones) it never came and they got into a fight with an Imperial Guild that was also waiting down there.
Needless to say, they got bored and ran like hell from the bio lab when there buffs were about to run out.
We barely got any good loot as well. Sod.
After that, I sped across half of Yavin IV to have a look at the Dark Temple of Exar Kunn, which was pretty good. Had a hidden evil atmosphere.

You can play as the Covenant (aliens) including a big dude with a huge plasma gun and a long flat metal arm good for bashing skulls in and a bigger dude with a huge energy sword. And even when you're Master Chief, you can still pick up said sword and look at someone for about 3 seconds, then lunge at them for a 1-hit kill. Today I have had a long tidious but incredibly epic day on SWG.
I went to Lok and did the 2nd part of the Rebel Themepark (A series of quests Exclusive to the Rebel's only, given by very famous characters from the films).
Lok is a huge Wasteland Pirate World, filled to the brim with Sulphur pools, a manner of wrecked things and very tough lost Space Pirates. It's not the Planet for a lightly armoured n00bie Carabineer-Brawler-Medic such as myself, but I knew the risk and I wanted phat loot.
The only safe area of Lok is Nym's Stronghold, where a local Pirate Warlord keeps order. In this only City on Lok in the Cantina resides the two NPC's I needed to contact.
The 1st NPC was Nien Niub, Lando's Sullustian Co-Pilot in ROTJ, followed by Han Solo and Chewbacca himself. After Nien's missions, my loot was an awesome Rebel Banner that has a place of honour in my house on Tatooine.
The loot from Han was quite insignificent, weak ass boots with 100 condition and slight resistence from poison and stun attack. Big deal, I was hoping for something like a Bowcaster or a Uber DL44. Damn you SOE.
After Lok, I went to Bestine to have an Image Designer set my stats which I changed slightly to fit some armour on me (This was a failure, pity I paid in advance) and as soon as I stepped into the main room of the Starport I incapped by a Tusken Raider.
I was confused at first, but it turns out a small army of Uber Tusken Raiders had invaded Bestine and was causing chaos through the Imperial Tatooine Capital.
I of course ran like hell out of the Starport when I recovered from my visit to laa laa land. Seconds later I was watching two Dark Jedi, a few other players and a Rancor beating the hell off two of these Raiders. It took them forever to take them out. Apparently these Tusken Raiders had 20k HAM and a large amount of resistence to things like poison and stun. Unless buffed, a normal Player has only 1k of HAM and has to lump it.
I got involved and gunned one down, salvaging a huge amount of Jawa Faction Points. Sadly, I was killed taking on the second.
It was a full day, but I'm glad I experienced it all. I regret nothing.
Except that bloody stat thing. Shitty composite armour.

I have a great GTA gambling story though. I headed to the one in middle or western LS, with $3000. I ended up losing it all in about 6 bets, all on the purple horse. I was mighty pissed, so I killed to the two people who were in there are stole their money. I had about $200, which I put on the purple horse to win... and bam! $2400 or so! I then put another $400 or so on purple, for another win!
Gambling is fun.

This had to be one of the most thrilling gaming experiences of my life. My hands were shaking when I touched it, and the graphics on Metroid Prime Hunters look breath-taking. It took a minute to get used to the 2 screens and controls, but I really like the usage of the touch screen. Using it to change the camera angles felt very smooth and fluid. You use the R button to fire your blaster and a button on the touchscreen to turn into a morph ball. The A,B,X,Y buttons are used to change camera angles on one control setting but they dont feel as good as the touch screen setting.
It was really a blast to use picto chat to IM the other PEELer playing and drawing little amusing pictures never gets old.
And needless to say, I kicked everyone's ass in Multiplayer Metroid.
Unbelievable.

Which means I won't be able to play it until Friday. That's four whole days! Four whole days! I'm so glad I have San Andreas to get me through this tough time. ;)

All in all, I would rank the PS2 highest, then the xbox and the gamecube last. Of course a PC beats the three of them at the same time. In a jiffy (last time I checked, that was 10 ms).
To me the only difference between the three systems is xbox and ps2 has a dvd player. I can't think of that much stuff other than that and that the gamecube doesn't have halo, any of the GTA's or much online play. In my opinion if xbox didn't have halo it would be nothing but a microsoft made box where as if gamecube didn't have prime it would have mario, zelda, star wars, and the resident evil saga. And if ps2 didn't have GTA's, well it pretty much has everything. Forget that I said it was a quick question.

I was reading an article on Megagames today about how HL-2 hasn't really been promoted, anywhere near as much as Halo 2/San Andreas, since Valve and Vivendi have been bickering. It's so true that the big publishers are pushing towards consoles since that's where all the money is made. What we loyal PC gamers really need is a kick-ass application which would only run on PCs (not even the next-gen consoles) - and HL2 could have been that, I suppose.

Mole obviously your not a metroid fan, but don't tell me that when you were younger that you didn't like the original versions of it, every person liked that. Now there's a time in history when we can all agree due to the fact it was only nintendo and sega.I wouldn't know. I've never played the original Metroid. I played the Gamecube Metroid at a friend's house one day and it just wasn't very fun. And I stick by my original "Metroid sucks".

Metroid is a lot like Zelda. I don't think you can just play it for a few minutes at a friend's house and judge it. You have to give it time, and explore the world, and really get sucked into the atmosphere.
I agree with Joe all the way, Metroid Prime isn't just a game you can just judge in five minutes of playing it.I was playing it for about 2 and a half hours at the insistence of my friend, and I just didn't enjoy it.

So M0le, what are you naming your SWG avatar?I've picked the name Kivadria Nett for my avatar, in fact, I've already got an account on SWG stratics.
To answer your question, M0le, the "security organization" you're thinking of is probably The Turks, Shinra Corp's muscle. Vincent is a former Turk, and you can play as a random Turk grunt in the upcoming mobile phone FFVII spin off. The three main members you meet are Reno, Rude, and the rookie Elena. Rufus is the fellow who inherits Shinra after a Sephi-CloneTM offs his pappy. That's the one. I haven't played it in about two years, but I loved it so much. Some bastard borrowed the game from me and I never saw it again. A truly beautiful game. I've got the Battle and Boss themes from it too.
I assumed he was talking about the last section before Sephi: no save points except where you make your own.
(Everybody's Grudge does 9999 damage)It does 10 damage for each enemy that character has finished off. If you alternate your characters, he does bugger-all damage until late in the game.

The point is this... The creators changed the gameplay of the game to support the whines of dumb little n00bs... I don't agree with that.
If any of you think halo's storyline sucks you should read the Halo books they have out. It's really dumb and nerdy, but I thought halo's storyline sucked too until I read the books. Also you find out about the chiefs origin or where he came from in the book Halo: The fall of Reach.Having not read any of the books or played Halo 2 myself, I think it's most likely that the books were probably designed for "nerds" to read. Most fanbooks are.

They can model in 3D, it seems. So a little tad of eyeandy shouldn't be all that troublesome.
