Sounds familiar...I think that's the creator of Futurama Break Out.He was banned from his own forum somehow because it turned out that he was a guy who created multiple accounts and spamming on nearly every forum he could find. Also,a couple of days after the creation of that forum,he changed his username to "Space Cow". Also,as far as I get it,his first and 'real' account on PEEL is Nibbler 2.0. I may be gallusinating,though...

PEEL is an independent messageboard. It just happen to be run/owned by the same group that run CGEF. As for general information about funding and server loads: PEEL Funding and Favourites and Last Poster goneThe more posts, the shorter the timespan, the heavier the load on the server becomes. Avoiding doubleposts help in this regard, plus it just looks more organized and comprehensible.

Look in the upper right corner of each post and you'll notice the IP address of origination is logged. , and for what reasons woud they stay open? Read the first post; in case of siblings or if it's deemed of value to PEEL (like Tallywacker). So basically you can plead your case and mArc will decide.
