What do you think of this layout it's not 100% finished. And Magnus from Futuredrama is working on the logo but I would like your feedback

It's pretty cool.  You could switch the 'other crap' section with the 'updates' section, tho.  I'm used to looking on the right side of the screen other than the left.  But it looks good.  Tell us when you're done.

I think you should make the left and right thinner to give more room for updates.

Overall it looks good but the navagation headings should be anti-aliased and it should fit without a horizontal scroll bar in IE on normal mode (there is no scroll bar in full-screen mode) at 800 by 600.

You should also re-align the positronic matrix with the flouristatic gorgon.  And don't forget to asglasglng the aosgalsgla!
