i like the design for that site. easy to navigate and spiffy.
although opera messes up the borders of right bar a bit, but it's nothing bad. if you really want to know what happens, i could take a screenshot and post it here. but it's only a minor thing...

Yeah, nice design, very usable. The borders on the right are also messed up slightly in IE for Mac, as well as Safari. It's only slight though, and doesn't detract from the site that much.

No, not the graphics, the HTML coding.  Every time I use my software, the images come out all jumbled and stuff.

to code the design, i make the tables in front page and just write the rest myself.

about the forums, it's going under some rehab. the account problem was a real bitch and i'm working really hard to fix it. i'm also working out ways to try and get 'connected' a bit more with each community. the way it is right now, mostly just the simpsons community talking about other toons. i really want to change that, so i'm working on making it appealing to everyone, no matter which toon they like.

if you have any suggestions for this, give em to me.
