I announced this a few months back, but now that I actually have some recaps up for the readin', figured I'd announce again. Futurama is being covered on the website Diet Coke of Snark, a subsidiary of Television Without Pity. Both sites recap (exhaustively) TV shows. And I'm the Futurama recapper.

Well, it's actually a whole separate site, but it's set up to work just like TWoP does. What happened was this:

*TWoP ran into financial problems and had to dump a bunch of shows. Two of them were The Practice and Making the Band.
*One guy didn't like this.
*In the sit's FAQ's, it explicitly states that if you don't like the shows we cover, hey, go make your own site.
*So he did. DCoS is designed to cover shows that TWoP does not. Futurama is one of those shows (TWoP doesn't do comedies or animated shows.)

fair enough. I just don't think you should be using the phrase "a subsidiary of Television Without Pity" since it's not.

Okay, I'm going to have quite a bit of downtime before I get to do another 'classic' episode (meaning, not new). Did 2, waiting for the editor to put them up. So while i'm waiting, I figured I'd let my adoring public decide which classic episode gets recapped next. I have on a notecard all the episodes I haven't done, and I cross them out as I complete their recaps. I'm going to select 5, and you can vote on any one of those 5. The one with the most votes when either I get a spot available to do one or when the voting dries up, will be the recapped episode. In case of a tie, the episode that got their last vote first will win. So here are the episodes I'm willing to recap right now:
*That's Lobstertainment!
*The Cyber House Rules
*Futurestock
*Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch
*Less than Heroes

Since it's my recap, I'll cast the first vote for Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch.
