Dear my fellow members of the world that is known as PEEL. I come to you today, in the fact that I have a problem with a website. You all know this site as the ever popular, TLZ.
I'm not going to into my personal history with it, but I would like you to listen to this.
I, Matthew Lenahan, have scripts/fanfics posted at the site. However, I wish to take my works off of the site for personal reasons.
Why you ask?
Because I want to end it all. I want to put TLZ in the past. But I cannot do that, as long as my works still grace it's space. This is my final movement, my last protest against TLZ. After all my writtings have left, you will never hear me complain again. In fact, you will never see me ever again metion how I think TLZ has been unfair.
You see, I am a writer, and I care about my works, and I care about them deeply. Oh, and they are MINE, so I see it only fair that I can do with them as what I will.
So, in short, I will do whatever it takes, and however long it takes, to get MY works off of TLZ.
My protest begins now. It will end, once I get an E-mail confirmation saying see for myself, just to make sure.

PS: For you moderators, I will not spam this board, for doing so would remove my message. But I will not stop protesting until my demands are met.

Good day to you,
-Leela Lover Matt-

So, what you're saying is, you want them to take down your various intelectual property, but they're refusing?

You could try contacting their hosting service, at first yourself, then through a legal representative with a C&D order. Although I'm not really sure how the law stands in this regard. You most probably don't have them copyrighted, and seeing you wilfully submitted them to be published on their site, you may have actually relinquished ownership of them, in a legal sense. I'm not sure.

I can identify with you concerns though, it truly sucks when the fate of your creations is put beyond your control.

Good luck with getting it taken down.

I can see why you want them removed and i can see that you should be able to have them removed.

Flaw in your argument: You willfully sent them to TLZ, no strings attached i presume, so that means that you can't force them to take them down.

However as a webmaster myself, i'd take down almost anything that someone has requested with good reason.

Matthew, shut the seven hells up.

I just came online after several days not coming online for BIG PERSONAL PROBLEMS (not your jerking off, whining "I feel depresed and have no friends" shit), and I just found your email, and I was about to reply that yes, I was going to take your fucking junk down, when Graham directs me here.

Everyone who wants to know the story: Matthew *WAS A COWEBMASTER* at TLZ early in the game (back in 1999/2000). A very useless cowebmaster, may I add, as he didn't help with jack shit, but he not only "gave his stuff willingly", but also pressured to have it up (and Matthew, be glad I'm not talking about your "Loving Leela" porno series here... or, better, don't. I already have). Graham replied that he wasn't going to take them down, and with a good reason: the Fan Fiction section of TLZ was converted to a CGI format a few months ago, and I never had time to finish the job, so the script is only for uploading; deleting stuff means editing the data files in the server manually, and that is something Graham simply doesn't know how to do. And I simply wasn't coming online; Matthew's email is dated November 21, and my last update is from November 19. I simply hadn't been online between then and now to remove the junk. Which I'll gladly take down, as they're majors piles of shit.

Matthew should have waited for *MY* reply instead of coming whining at PEEL, of all places.

And Marc, if you wanna censure this post to remove the "dirty words", go ahead, I am very pissed off at present at this jackass and I'm not feeling like editing it.

Read you later. No wait, I won't.

Since the stuff is going to be removed this thread has served its purpose; time to close it.
