Seeing that you do merchandise, money can be brought in to play on your web-site if you become professional and actually sell stuff you may have relating to Futurama, so you would want something a little more professional.  :) Besides, when you get a domain, it's always a quality step toward developing your site...

futuramamerchandise.com ...

I think you should do what the big simpsons sites, do, Not be limited in your URL. Eg: Evergreen Terasse is nohomers.net.
Hmmm... how about:
slurm.com
crazyeddies.com
newnewyork.com

So far I like greg's url the most... But keep suggesting  :D

I actually have some money, so I figured I'd buy a domain, make a new layout, and possibly go to a pay host or use a host that can transfer the domain.

Try an acronym like BFSHN.com  which would kinda stand for Buy Futurama Stuff Here Now....  That way people that know what the site stands for can say it, but people that don't go HEY that's BFSHN, that's the place where you buy stuff I heard about it!  Well what does it mean, if you heard about it?  I dunno let's go check it out and see...  Ok that's AN awsome idea, It's a good thing that you're smart!!!  Only smart people go to BFSHN!!!  *END COMMERCIAL*

Im gonna rename the site to 'the futurama collector sector'.... but so far, the urls just dont really seem to fit the design of the web site.  I kinda like crazyeddies.com, but some fans might not get the inside joke, or think im eddie or something  :p

And I dont really like having short acronym names...

Actually, no, it wouldn't. You just can't push it with characters.

Otherwise than mine, futuramatoys.net sounds nice too.  :)

Exactly. That's why pay hosts are better. Or mine, for different reasons.  :)

    Try nnycshop.com, or amazonplanet.com.

I know a payhost that can get you plans starting at $2.99 a month. They all offer at least 2 gigs of bandwith too.
