First off... it's just a basic phpbb board (those are everywhere).  Your only purpose of your board is to discuss futurama, something which we have right here with PEEL (and have even run into the ground).  Last but not least, your color scheme really really sucks.  The bright blue meshed with bright red isn't really a good color combination, I'm sorry.  Hey, maybe you put a lot of work into this, or maybe you just want to have a great message board.... but this just won't cut it.... sorry

Cyan is an exceptionally bad color for anything webrelated. It hurts the eyes.

In order to get a forum going, and draw in new members, you need to have a website supporting it. Advertising it on other messageboards is not going to work, simply because those people already have a messageboard to be a part of. So you need a good website first, then you can make a forum. Sorry, but I agree with winna.

The yellow's kinda bright I think, but I'll sign on for the heck of it (Also to be a mod)...

Like i was going to say, the kind of colour Peel is, a lightish colour, not to dark but not to light
