You should. As awesome & informative as your guides are, some of the text & re-sized pictures just look so pixelated, as if they're done in paint or something. You should do them a little bigger when making them, then re-size them down to the proper size in Photoshop to give them a more professional look.
Plus, considering there's an audio commentary available for each episode now, we've learned quite a bit more info you could use. I say go for it!

Nice work, although the text still looks a little cramped. By the looks of it, you appear to be using Arial font, which is fine - although looks kinda bad when used in such a small size like this. I'd suggest either finding a different (but similar) font, making the text itself bigger then re-sizing it to the size it needs to be so it can fit in, or using anti-aliasing.
Other than that little annoyance, nice work - it looks terrific.

It looks better than before, but I still think you should use an Anti-Alias on the text. That'll give it a much smoother look. Without it, it's really hard to get text looking really good when it's so small.
