Ok, for my site i am creating a small forum (dont get worryied all you peel executives and whatever, im not trying to steal all the peelers away from you). This forum is set up for fan art and fan fiction, but the problem is, me and chunks (the co-owner) have different opinions. I say use the one board for every fifteen members ratio, but chunks disagrees. So what do you think is the best way to start a forum?

I think that you probably shouldn't make a forum unless you know people are really gonna visit your site.  Lots of people make forums, and then they realize that no one ever visits them or posts on them.  You need to have a really good website before you decide to make a forum, but that's just my opinion.

You should have one section for every four active members, i believe [-mArc-] said that at one point, and it seems to be a good thing to work by.

If you went by 1/15 regular users, PEEL would have 35 forums, which is clearly, too many.
