No, i'm not a regular user on this forum, but how could I let my favourite shiny metal assed robot lose to the likes of novelty condom head(Kryten for the non Red Dwarf fans)!?

Well its a UK site, so red dwarf will probably win, but vote for bender anyway, he might get into 2nd place!

Red dwarf is so similar to futurama: A sci-fi comedy where a complete slob gets cryogenically frozen and wakes up in the future, maybe its close enough for the BBC to renew futurama, they're bringing back doctor who, and with the extortionate licence fees (121 pounds a year for just 2 channels) they can afford it.
Please don't take me seriously...

The thing is, Sky One doesn't show Red Dwarf (To my knowledge) one of the main reasons Kryten is winning is because the official Red Dwarf website's had the link up for a few weeks now..

I can't see the BBC buying Futurama.

Futurama has had many parallels pointed out with Red Dwarf, but don't forget that Red Dwarf is 3 million years in the future, on a massive space ship and with 1 human [2 if you want to count Kochanski], 1 robot, 1 hologram, 1 cat and Holly.

Why are Kang and Kodos listed under robots?

Actually, it's "Kang and Kodo," the evil robotic versions of Kang and Kodos that will appear in this year's Halloween special.  I guess.

Well, Dannny showed me and Slimmmy an episode of Red Dwarf on DVD (the one that everything goes backwards) and the humor of the show is just plain different. They are nothing alike.

I've always like Red Dwarf but I still voted for Bender.  I mean Kryten is OK but he's not my fav character on RD (That privilege would be reserved for Cat :))Kryten just isn't as funny as Bender.(Although I do find it funny when Kryten talks about his groinal attachment and starts waving it about he he he)
