I think it's very sad that some dumb computer nerd has nothing better to do then to hack Futurama Uncovered. Not the biggest site, Jack was just trying to get a site on Futurama on the web...simple. Jack had been working on his site for ages, sometimes late into the night to get it ready for opening and someone hacks it. Well Bravo mr Hacker, You've destroyed Jack's pride and joy, a site which was popular. I hope this person rots in hell

You guys should really back up your sites. What I do is a make changes on my hard drive then upload to pages. That way if something goes wrong, I have a complete backup.

-=Futurama Recovered=-

Hey,

I found all the missing pages of Futurama Uncovered (some in my hard drive, some using Google).
But I couldn't find "All About Jack". What the hell was that anyway?
Unfortunatelly I only found a few images, but all the HTMLs are recovered.

Now, can somebody tell me the email address of the owner of Futurama Uncovered? Because I couldn't find it.
Or, email me at webmaster@nnyc.com.ar .

Now, I'll keep trying to find his email address and that "All About Jack" section...

C-Ya!

PS: He owes me soooo many lizards...

Well that was a good burn.

I lost it because Aaron was getting lazy with it, and did this sorta grid thing, and no one kept the actual places, then I took it over, and I had nothing.

Yes, I will have to take the blame for losing the Webmasters Around the World list.  I used to run it, and I put people on the map based on a grid system instead of a dot where they actually lived.  Then when I left PR a while ago Jason took over that section and changed it around, and, he had to start over because I hadn't kept a list of the actual places.

And yes, both Jason and I back up every file on our site.

So don't blame Jason for that.  If you still feel like bitching at someone, bitch at me.

My web host keeps all my files but I also have a copy on my hard drive and on Zip disks.  Personally I don't know if I would want to go through the hassle of redoing my website if I got hacked.  **THAT'S NOT AN INVITATION TO HACKERS**

I know what you mean, but my site was just getting good. It had a new layout, that got a lot of good reviews, it had just moved up in every toplist except PR, and my hits had reached almost 100 daily.

Although, I shouldn't be whining 'cause the site is turning out far better then it used to be. It also may have some new sections..

I'm glad you let everyone know you're back in business.  After I read that I went back to my website and discovered I had your old web address listed in my links page.  It'll be changed before I reopen.

Good luck.

Nah you don't it used to have an even worse design, less content, less updates and all that.

It still doesn't realy have that much content, but it has more updates, originality and a better design, thanks for the comments tho, could some you yous sign my guestbook?
