I read that for Region 2(Europe) season one DVDs, on the first disc, keep scrolling down the list of menus till you're at the flying car. If you press enter you'll be taken to a movie spoof poster. This also works on the third disc. I also heard it works on season 3 dvds.

Has anyone tried this? I'm in america, lousy region 1, so I can't try this. Can anyone give me some spoilers and tell me what this movie spoof poster is all about? And why we here in Futurama's homeland always get the raw end of the deal? This sucks.

Why,you ask? Because we have the actual Fox channel releasing them here. They have Sky 1,or whatever in Europe.

I think there are about 5 or 6 movieposters/easter eggs on season 1.

Season 2 and 3 have eastereggs too, but particular the season 3 eggs are so much better than the season 1.

Snoo-Snoo - I'm in R1 as well, and not only does your S1 set (assuming you've bought them) have the movie poster parodies (on all three disks), but your S2s has a similar set of easter eggs with a high school year book theme.

I cheated and read what the S3 easter eggs are and I can't wait to get that set.  And S4 - what gold will they have hidden in the secret chapters of the last set of shows?

P.S. Rumor in another thread has it that we poor R1 people may actually get something extra in our S3 set in the form of newly recored lines from the various characters in the menus - so in Futurama's case, maybe living in R1 has it's advantages as well.

^That would be nice, Damitol, since we have to wait until the end of time to get the damn discs. I can't believe they haven't even announced a date yet, those bastards.

Yes, all the Easter Eggs are on the Season one, as well, there is a button on one of the "Scene Select" screens (I think one of the episodes on disc two) that reads "DO NOT TOUCH". Click it for another, non-poster Easter Egg...

My DVD has the posters. They're nothing special. They're just enlarged movie posters from Raging Bender, with 2 robots from FOABP looking at them.

Oh yeah, you're right. I just didn't remember seeing any from FOABP, but yeah - there are a few after all.
