DOOP Uniform help

This urge to be Zapp Brannigan for Halloween is just too strong.  I need to know if anyone out there has a pattern for the Uniform? 
 
... and yes, it will be made out of 100% pure Velour!

Good GOD! You can't be Zapp Brannigan? Have you any idea the physics involved with his crotch? Ever shot he's been in in Futurama is carefully crafted for just enough of his skirt to cover his crotch! The tailormathamatics behind it are mindboggling to bring it to the actual world!

However, I suggest you study the pictures from Brannigan Begin Again, cause I doubt anyone has uniform patterns... yet...

You could do what I'm doing and go as Duffman.

The uniform is a simple enough looking shoulder padded velour shirt with a bit of extended flairing on the bottom. Find a long sleeve shirt pattern (Possibly even the Star Trek tunic pattern that is sold)  and make the "skirt" just by extending the seam out after you hit your waist. The collar and shoulder buissness may be some work (coller looks like it would be from a nheru{sic?} jacket. Post some Pics if you get it figured out.

And for god's sake wear underwear.
