People in the Uk may be intersted to know that you can get the metal signs really, really, really cheap from The Gadget Shop at the moment. I think they have them in most malls, and they're definitely in London. I was in the Basingstoke store yesterday and I picked up the "Future is Today" sign for, are you ready...... £2.00!
I also bought a Simpsons Tin Sign for the same price. I don't know how long these will be in stock though. So for you hardcore Internet users, i'm afraid it means getting up from your desk and venturing into thr real world for a few hours! Don't worry though it's nice and sunny.  :)

Wow, last time I went in Gadget Shop, they only sold Simpsons tin sign (and I bought one, for £4 at the time), but now that you mention this, I'll have to go up to the mall to get it. Wait, that's the same one as Sheep is planing to go to  :)

I went into a Gadget Shop at the Trafford Centre in Manchester. It appeared to be a low-end division of The Sharper Image.

The Gadget Shop always used to have Futurama stuff in those glass display cases at the edges of the shop. I remember seeing the Rocket USA windups and cast sets quite often. However this was a while ago before I actually started buying the merchandise. I hadn't seen Futurama stuff in the gadget shop for a while so I was very suprsised when I found some yesterday, which is why I though it was worth letting you all know.

Keep in mind that I'm only talking about the Basingstoke store, I can't comment on others, but I assume that they'll all have the same stock.

does anyone wanna pick me up all 6 and send them to the US? it'd only be a total of like 30 bucks oppose to paying 20 for one sign.

Sorry, like I said guys I can only vouch for the Basingstoke store, I just assumed that everywhere else would have them.  They may have all had them at some point but they could have sold out by now.

I'm not sure if the Gadget Shop is anything like I where I work, Homebase. But at Homebase different stores have different offers, and the same thing can cost more at a different Homebase store. Also not all the stores get the same stuff, and some stores get selected to sell certain things cheap, kinda like managers specials. I know Homebase is totally different to the Gadget Shop, but I was just thinking, maybe that's why there doesn't appaer to be any Tin Signs elsewhere. Either that, or they sold out  :)

If i go in and ask if they have "Futurama Tin Signs", i should be able to get them "transferred"? Would saying metal make more sense or what?

Nah, we just got taken over.

@aslate, I'd try both, and also it might be best to print out a pic from the net and show them  :)

*Goes to the Futurama Merchandise Page*

I think Gadget Shop are that sort of chain that will get stock from other stores if you ask them.

These are the Fridge Magnets, as that's all i can find on FMP?

Sheep - I went to the Gadget shop in the mall the other day, they don't have Futurama tin signs I'm afraid, just one type of Simpsons one that I have already  :(

I live in a small village called Hartley Wintney, you might not have heard of it because it really is small! It's a 15 minute drive to Basingstoke and a 20 minute drive to Alton (ish), where I go to college. A larger town called Hook is about 5 minutes away and on the way to Basingstoke. I am in Basingstoke quite often.

Oh well unless you look like your avitar (being male I asume you don't) then I guess I won't recognise you. Any way I'm of to University in London in a few weeks so you won't be seeing me around much anyway.
