I think you only need a credit card if you purchase something at a foreign amazon store. my local amazon store directly debits my bank account with the money while at amazon.co.uk i had to use a credit card.
At eBay it depends on the seller. i'm sure you can find one who is willing to accept cash or a cheque.

my treasuries:
Season 1, 2 and very recently 3 DVDs.
comics 1&2

my wish list:
a poster and more comics

Otis in your list you put the first 5 UK comics including crossovers. But in the UK series the crossovers are used as regular issues 3 and 4. Don't you think that's strange, also in the back of issue 5 (which is actually story #3) it has a preview for the next issue, the bendernator one, which is issue 7 of the US comics. That means they're skipping the storys for #4,5,and6. I wonder if from now on the UK comics will be released in a totally random order?
I'm not sure what my point is in this post, i just thought i'd bring it up.

Yeah, I agree, it is pretty strange that in the UK they counted the crossovers as actual numbered issues of the Futurama comics. It's kinda annoying really because it mean 4 months got added to the wating for the actual Futurama comics. And I also noticed that the preview for the next comic issue #7. I don't get what, or why they're doing this. But in a way it's kinda good for me because I've got the US issue #4 which would have been the next UK one, but I don't have issue #7, so I get a totally new one  :)

I may be able to hook you up with one, the only problem I can see is that shipping to Australia from the US may cost a robot arm and leg. If you can wait a few weeks for me to get a job, and if I can find it in the comic book store, we'll see what I can do...
