I think this point has been discussed at length another thread. I think that it was said that the Universe in I dated a Robot was the only Parralel Universe while all the others where perepndicular.

If that's what was said, then what was said wasn't that accurate.

At one point in The Farnsworth Parabox someone threatens to but their fist parallel to their double's face, i think it was the professor, but i'm not sure.

Which actually makes less sense.  (Since parallel things never meet by definition)

Mine arrived today (thank you Post Danmark, thank you straight to hell!), so far I've only seen some random blurps, since I didn't have much time before now. Will watch a couple of eps before bedtime, and write something ebtter tomorrow.

Just for now: David Cohen love DS9!! I knew he was a kindred spirit. ::waves at David::

A cut scene from the "A Taste Of Freedom" hottub? Nice. Not the shot with Amy, Leela and Bender beneath the water we've seen, but still.... nice shot.  ;)

I love the word "nerdlinger".

Don't know if the quotes David read at the end of "Jurassic Bark" came from CGEF or PEEL, but they're watching us.

For people who call Leela a bitch: case dismissed! She has a heart of gold, and now we have evidence. Or are you calling David and Matt liars?  :p

Clobberella on the front of the Disc One case? I feel a scan coming.  :D ::installs Flash and scanner drivers::

Initial impression: just as awesome as the other three sets. 10/10

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Note : One of the best four Star Trek series.  (Probably excludes Voyager, as David A Goodman works on Enterprise  ;)).

And I'm pretty sure I read that comment on CGEF. In fact, after about a minute of research: It's the first one on the page!  :p

And I suspect the poll was probably done on here. The Lurkers, they watch...from the shadows..... ;)

They didn't actually say it (at least not on the commentaries I've heard so far), but the art on the cardboard box spoke for them. The cardboard box show transparent versions of Fry, Leela and Bender, and little references are placed inside them. I assume the executive producers approved the box arts.

For instance Fry have the "I Wuv U" heart from "Love And Rocket" inside his chest and a Slurm can in the stomach area.

Leela's heart have the writing "24k" on it, meaning she have a heart of gold. She also have butterflies in her stomach.

I thought Bender might have had a load of loot in his chest cavity, but instead it's just a load of robot porno!  :p

It's a shame that these DVD's, whilst being the best put-togther are now the last. I just got them on Tuesday, and I've finally finished (I took time off work for it too) watching EVERYTHING.

I'll be talking like Hedonism Bot for weeks...  :p

Primarily in TDHAIP. It's such an integral part of the show they don't often mention it explicitly (although there are a few "aw"s at the end of TWOF.  ;)

But DXC does mention they wanted the show to end on a touching Fry/Leela note.

By the way, Maurice's impression of Mike Reiss is spot-on, for anyone who has the Simpsons DVDs  ;).

I have a feeling the shippers will love this cut scene from that episode:

Maybe there's something in the other commentaries. I've only heard 4 so far.

Well I have now finished everything on the DVD's :sob: sans any easter eggs I don't know about.
A great set. Some of the deleted scenes are good especially the one Teral mention, and for the more testosterone part of me, the extended hot tub scene.
Personally I felt let down by the animatic. The animatics from the other series showed the episodes with quite a few diffences. This was changed very little in the final version.

The comentries as always are brillient. I laughed so much during some of them and they are right, their cometires are alot more lively than most.

Well unless the series puls a Farscape or Family Guy. This is a fine farewell to a great show.

If you ask me, the final episode badly needed that scene.  If they'd needed to cut something for time, how about one of Hedonismbot's scenes?

DAMN STRAIGHT
also, i would have liked to see that deleted scean where Leela does show more affection to Fry, and a bit attraction eaven, or she just has a honey fetish...
Btw, did anybody watching it on a PS2 have some problems with TMLH???
The commentary worked fine but today it started to skip and at one time eaven was un-readable by the PS2

Wait, Thoth are you talking about a different scene? One from The Sting maybe? Cause if you are you have to post a spoiler! You can't toss something like that out there without following up on it! That's mean!

It's a slightly different section from "The Sting", just after Fry has resolidified from the knocked over jelly:

Maurice did a lot of voices on the Critic, which was created by Al Jean and Mike Reiss. They will even be doing commentaries together in January's Critic the Complete Series DVD's  ;)

Maybe they thought it would have made the ending less meaningful.  In the finished version of the episode, we aren't sure how Leela feels until the end.  Leaving in that part might have given it away too early.  I think we are supposed to wonder if Leela is only attracted to him because he can play the holophoner (and we find out that's untrue in the end), but maybe that bit was just too much.

Still, it's cute that he only wants to give her a goodnight kiss.
