Wow, i usealy buy the month and i missed it DAM!, well mabe i can phone the telephone like but for £1 a min is it really worth it, anyways i found on there site they do show a small picture of leela so it is on there, this could also mean that the trailer will be released soon i'd say 1/2 weeks, mabe,    -  http://www.timesonline.co.uk/section/0,,7539,00.html

The new issue of Empire (issue 174) has a full page advert for the Season 4 DVD (page 87). The background is plain black with a Futurama Season 4 logo in the top left corner featuring Fry Leela and Bender in their justice team outfits. The main picture is of the Professor, Leela, Fy and Zoidberg holding hands. They are in their younger forms from Teenage Mutant Leelas Hurdles. The slogan reads "It's time to go back to the future"

"The final season on DVD and Video from 24th November - Season 1,2 and 3 still available."

There is a picture of the packaging at the bottom of the page. It shows the outer sleeve coming off the box so you can see the main case and the DVD spines. The spines of the individual DVD boxes are the same as the main image in this advert. One box has zoidberg the other Fry...

Well I hope somebody found that mildly interesting.

It says DVD on the side.    I wonder whether this means the last set is an openable one (like the TNG box sets)? Or is it just an image mapped onto a standard case?

I would say that is a composite of all three sides, as leela's hand is normally at the top of bender's side, or so we have seen in previous pics

I think it looks better that way, i makes the case look more full.with them seperate there is too much black space.

I think it's pretty obvious what it is. As Grim said, it's a composite of the 3 sides. Don't worry CyberKnight, the box will be normal like the others. And nice find, Bobby King

I actually like that cover art. At first I thought it sucked, but this look pretty nice.

That said, they better have some proper art on the individual cases or there'll be hell to pay.

I think that case with all three characters on the front is a point of sale display case. They do that with box sets sometimes. That would be the case on the shelf, you take that to the till and they give you the proper set.

Oh and aslate, I totaly forgot about scanning that page for you, sorry. I'm at Uni for the week now, and I don't have a scanner with me. I'll try and take a digital photo for you.

If it's not a display case, maybe it's just a fake image that will be used with online shops?

One: Season 4 on dvd scored 89% in this months PSM2 magazine.
Two: Season 4 is now mentioned on the Fox TV DVD site although it still says the trailer is "coming soon"

Edity - ive just noticed that on the speical features list there is one feature called "Demo Songs" either ive missed this when reading about the features on the DVD or this is somthing we have not heard about, any one can clear this up for me?

This was a feature that was to be included, but couldn't be because of legal issues ... it shouldn't be on the list, I'm afraid (and disappointed) to say.

I have a question: Is an easter egg really an easter egg if they tell you that it's there?  They even have the menu posted for the table read... Is it just the not being clearly labled in the DVD menu itself make it an easter egg?  Why not just call it a regular feature and get it done with?  Okay, so that's technically three questions, but they are related enough to be counted as one for me.

I think it becomes an Easter Egg when you have to search for it yourself. Although there's a menu for the table read, just like the one for 'A Tale of Two Santas' in Season 3, I doubt it'll just be handed to you on a plate...

It wasn't so much a menu as a test card. But generally if you have to start pressing in different directions to operate a special feature then it's an Easter Egg.

Thanks for clearing that up futufan, dissapointing tho, you have any idear what the demo songs were going to be like?
also what were they?
