I have played a fairly extensive demo of the new Futurama game and other than the novelty of it being taken from the worlds greatest cartoon it isn't that great. If it had any other characters than the futurama ones eg. new creations, it would be killed on the market. Has anyone else played it?

Not played it. As i've said i won't buy it just because it's Futurama. If i think it's a good game, yes i'd be more likely to get it, but if it's just gonna be Futurama branded crap, no thanks!

No demo has been released so where have you played it?

All the magazines in the UK are very positive on the game on all formats so I am surprised at you saying that

Do you mind if I ask, where did you get/play that demo? Or is it secret? Even if the game is poorly made, I'm still getting it because it has what sounds like a cool storyline, and it's supposed to be really funny

One hint to the original author: This forum is read by some people involved in the game now and then. If you signed some non-disclosure paper, it probably also had a contractual penalty clause.


That said, I think the game will mostly be for young children and collectors who aren't that focused on game play (unless they surprise me).

this thread is pretty useless... you can't just say the game pretty much sucks and leave it at that. 

Mags have already said it's a good game, and a key word in your post is demo ... full games are a lot different than demo's.
