Guys I need a serious answer, as ive asked and asked but havent gotten a clear answer yet. How much did it cost all you Australians to import the 2nd season box set from the UK. I was quoted $180Aus to have it brought over for me, by my local importers, but im sure it didnt cost you guys that much.

ok, i have posted here a few times about this topic so here goes again, i ordered season 2 dvd region2 from amazon.co.uk with credit card, it cost me a total of AUD$88.00 including postage! we dont pay the VAT tax that british buyers need to and we dont pay GST either. It took just over a week to arrive. The disks state they are region 2 but will and do work in our region 4 dvd players so dont worry, the box design is way better than the ones we get here and i highly recommend you buy this!!!   :) I hope this answers some of your questions.

try this link of a pic of season two box, note the window effect, well everything around the window is a plastic cover that slips off to reveal more of the space pic you see through the window

also, i have emailed you pics of the season 2 dvd front covers, note the spanish words for the volumes, dont worry, apart from this they are identical to the uk designs  :)

Thanks mate, great to see they have continued the same theme as the Aussie covers (or is that vice versa)

Im ordering mine next pay. I take it ordering them from the UK means the covers will be in English?

Well, i'd be a bit worried if the UK versions had covers in Japanese or something!

actually they haven't, the packaging we got on the aussie season 1 set came without the extra plastic cover that goes over the main box, when season 2 dvd set comes out for aussie release it wont have the plastic cover IMO, this is one of the reasons i bought season 1 and 2 from the UK. oh, and the UK version is all in english! DONT WORRY ABOUT IT, YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY YOU DID IT!!

just wondering something, have you been talking about buying season 1 dvd boxed set or season 2? the UK season 1 also has the plastic cover over the box but the Aussie version didn't. Masters, you have a valid point about the language on the covers, there are different subtitles on the disks (because its in europe) but dont worry, they are all in ENGLISH
