Futurama Premiums

OK, I am really hoping some folks out there can help me out on this one. I am looking to compile a list of Futurama creator premiums that were used as give-aways to the creators and those involved with Futurama. Even better than that if anybody should want to get rid of one of these items all the better as I would be interested in them.
So far here is the list of things that I am aware of:
Futurama jacket - I believe this item was given away to the animators as a gift. It is black with a patch or stitch of Fry, Leela and Bender on the back.
Futurama bowling shirt - one of the coolest items I have seen. At last years Comic Con it seemed that everybody had one of these shirts. Sarge posted a picture of one when he recieved it last year I believe. It is red with a white stripe down one of the sides. There is a picture of one on my site that John DiMaggio is wearing.
Bender watch - saw this about a year ago on Matt Groening's wrist. He said this was a gift to either the animators or creators or both. Not sure as it was a long time ago and my memory is fading. Great item as I recall and I almost offered up a trade with my Felix the Cat watch. Next time I see him.
Those are all of the items that I know of. Were jackets given out to celebrity guest stars like those given out to Simpsons guests? If so anybody know what it looks like? I think there was a Futurama mug/cup used by the production crew. I don't know where I heard it though.

Yea, I know which mug you are talking about Shadowstar but I thought that was a gift to Fox affiliates. I could be wrong but that is what I remember.
