Brain Slug at Figures.com

Figures.com has pictures of the new brain slug squishy by Dark Horse Comics. The pictures are part of their pre-Toy Fair coverage and is located in, of all places, the Dark Horse Comics album. No packaging pics though but from the looks of it expect something similar to the HG Blob packaging with the die-cut window and the brain slug sitting inside a plastic interior box.
This will be another cool item and a cool companion piece to the HG Blob.

As Velour said: The yellow eyes are a bit of a let down ... and I wish it had either a little cord or a vacuum plug (for the bald people) to attach it to your head. But other than that, probably one of the more wanted Futurama items.
