When I first saw the name of this thread I thought it would be the promotional poster with Fry with blonde hair. But it's really cool that it's a different poster, thanx for the heads up, TheVoices :)

This poster was originally released here in the States as a limited giclee print and went for like 275.00 unframed. What it looks like is that in the UK and other overseas countries this is now being released as a standard poster and not the high quality giclee print.
Either way it is a great image I think and if you were waiting to get the giclee this poses a reasonable alternate to it.

That poster is cool!  I have one of the promotional posters I got from ebay and it's really nice.  I hope we see this poster in the US.

Oh, yea I see now. I misread the intent of his post.
Incidentally bart182, the Futurama poster that you show on your site is incorrect. The image you show is even rarer than the promo poster that is out there. If you notice the coloring on Fry is incorrect. The poster does exist but I do not know how many are out there of this early version. It can be seen on the season 1 DVD's when David X. Cohen is being interviewed. I would suspect that this color variant poster is super rare and probably never made it to any type of public release.
The poster that you show is available as you say but is also available in two forms with the corrected color. The other poster has some writing on it that says Tuesday's on Fox.
I will put that page up on my site this evening so that you can see what I am talking about.

The poster I have is the one Bart182 linked to, but I have the one with the correct colors and it has the FOX logo in the bottom right hand corner.

Greetings
Over at eBay, there's one of these posters going for upwards of AUD 107.00 if I remember right. Wowsers. Bit pricy for me. Looks great, though - gotta tell ya. Check it out. I considered bidding when it was way down there, but then BAM! my wallet practically cowered when it saw the asking price.  :(

I got the new 'Forbidden Planet' magazine through the post today, and it's advertised in there at £4:99. I'm not sure if that helps anyone.

My guess is that bidder probably thinks this poster is the giclee. If it were that price would be a bargain.

Another new Futurama poster?  Keep them coming I say.  My Space Piolet 3000 poster has finally arrived at my parent's house.  I can't wait to stick it up on my wall.

7/19  I picked up the poster today.  The art is beautiful on this poster.  It's done in a similar style to the art found in the 2001 calender which I like.  This one's worth picking up.

My only gripe is the poster is 25" wide.  That means it won't fit in easy to find 24"x36" frames (like the one I bought today before I found out the true size).  You'll need the next size up which is a full movie size poster frame.  In my area these are almost impossible to find, so I'm going to have to make something.  Oh well.

Damn, I thought I had some exclusive new poster news. Since I hadn't bothered to read this thread before, I was pleasently suprised to find a Bender poster in HMV today. Although the art is much simpler than the first Space Pilot poster, for some reason I actually like this Bender one more. Well they're both great really.

That link didn't work for GB posters.
When I searched for FUTURAMA or even BENDER no results were found

If you just want to hang your poster without putting holes in it, try a "scroll-style" hanger. Your don't get the protection of glass, but it gets the job done. I picked up some called "Poster Perfect" at the container store.

I guess they will - they only say they won't ship those two posters to the USA (for what I'm guessing are copyright reasons).
