I'd buy one if my Splashplastic card worked on Amazon.co.uk but it doesn't.

Does anyone know the theme of this year's calendar? I heard it's classic comicbook covers.

*Imagines Amy in tight spandex *

Ordered ot from Amazon.co.uk , and bought a few other things while I was there. While the referal-payoff from this purchase wont put mArc through college, it should be enough to buy him a big icecream.

Thanks Teral, much appriciated.
BTW, sorry to say this, but it could very well be the last calendar around. Also good to know: They used the original character artists as far as I know, not the Bongo ones which are some off sometimes.

Yay, Amy made the inner circle!  :D

Tough luck for ol' Hubie, though, and I can't see Hermes on that thumbnail at all...

He's on the bottom right covered by the '20' of 2003. Poor Hermes...

My copy arrived today!  I like the old-time comic book theme.  I remeber paying 12 cents for a comic book, now Futurama comics are $2.50.  I must be getting old.

In response to Kennedy - what they did in 2001 was pulp magazine covers. There is a difference between the two even though the generes are pretty close. This years calendar is based off of comic book covers. Where did they get alot of the research for these covers? Scott Shaw!
I picked up a copy of this at San Diego and I really like it. The only downside to the calendar is that since the artwork is comic book covers it does not fill up the entire page and so there is blank page left over. Does anybody remember what the poster inside is? I saw it but can't remember it at the moment.

Wooooo. It finally arrived. I like it! The comic book pictures are great, and in style with what I know about the stuff.

I really like the April one, that's just sooo cute.

I'm disappointed about the poster though. The one from the 2002 calendar where so much cooler. And why didn't they at least make it possible to take the poster out and hang on the wall, without destroying the calendar.

Won't FSAC put the calender up like they did the 2 previous years?

Why not buy the thing ... ?

I talked some to artists who worked on it. It's what kept them employed a bit longer. I sort of hope FSAC doesn't do it again.

Yes, mArc(and his sites) gets between 5 and 10% of the total order price, at least that's the value quoted by Amazon.
