Good evening!

I was wondering if those post cards are a common thing, or if they are somewhat rare?

I had never seen them before and my friend gave me the DVD set, and it fell out of one of the boxes. Here's the pics (Large) if you don't know what I'm talking about :)

I tried doing a Google search, but there wasn't much info on them.

Thank you :)

These postcards were included with the various DVD sets. I don't know if they would be considered rare but they were definitely exclusive to the DVDs. I am guessing that all the DVD sets are still in print by FOX though as to wether or not they are still being bundled with the postcards could only be answered by someone who purchased one of the older DVDs recently. I got all mine right as each set was released so I wouldn't know. Either way I think the postcards are great. If you posted them on eBay I'd probably bid on them just to have another set to mail someone :)   hope that helps.

That does help. Thank you!

I was actually planning on the eBay thing. I was in the process of taking pictures for the DVD set posting when I found the cards :)

I can post up a link here to the auctions when I get them all finalized if you want!

Thanks again!

Those postcards are/were in every set of the dvd movies 3 and 4.

Not rare at all, good luck selling them.

I'm sure you could sell them, but like MuchAdo said they're pretty common so I don't know how much money you would get for them. Unless you got people bidding on them who never bought the DVDs...which is in itself blasphemous! :nono:

In the US maybe, there were none in my copies. I did get a postcard of the cover of ITWGY with ITWGY, but that was a Play exclusive...

Oh right, didn't realize there'd be a difference between US and UK sets.

If you want my opinion from one bay seller to another...

Include better descriptions. Like, what's the condition of the discs? Do they have any scratches? Are they all in working order? Are any missing? Even for as cheap as they are to start, I dunno, I'd be surprised at people bidding on them, cuz you gotta figure even the resellers wanna know what condition the items are in.

Also the condition of the box - I see you listed it in a couple of them, you should do that for all of them. If nothing's wrong with them you could say in good or at most very good condition.

Also simply stating "no returns or refunds" is worrisome from a buyer standpoint. When I read only that in the description, to me it says there's something wrong with the items. As long as the listing specifies there are no returns accepted, you don't need to repeat yourself unless you are indeed hiding something.

But my other question is: Why are you selling them at all? :hmpf:

Man, I should do like, a selling blog or something.
