[-mArc-] said we should try this out to see if it works or not, so here we go.

I'm no Nostradamus, but I see a merge in your future...I don't think enough people read the comics, quite honestly. And the current thread is only on Page 9 and was created on 7-28-09. You can try it out but just don't be surprised by the results... :p

Well I asked him months back, he said try it out and if it doesn't work out abandon the idea.

In hindsight it did seem like a good idea but as Randi said not much people read the comics.

Danny you do not need to explain yourself. I saw the exact post back then that you are talking about. Sometimes you just gotta use your best judgment with these things - given the thread date and page number of the current thread, I myself would rationalize that it probably wouldn't do well.

When creating threads I ask myself, is this thread unique enough that I could possibly see it hitting the 20 page mark in the forseeable future, or ever? If the answer is no, I typically don't do it. But who knows. Maybe you'll get fifty Captain Sweatpants from the comic store to sign up and vote :p

I haven't read the comic yet, so I can't properly respond...I must say in general though, after I read the comics I don't get an urge to talk about it, unless something was pointed out to me like a Kazaleh drawing or canon inconsistency. Nerd.

Also I'd like to point out you started the thread without giving us your thoughts. Rookie mistake! :p (Before you say it, yes I know they do that with the episodes in General, but typically those threads are started before the episode airs).

This issue isn't out in the UK yet. :p

And okay, but it's better if you try something then not do it at all.

I wish there was a comic store nearby my village/town... :(

I thought the ending to this issue was quite strange... and disturbed me.

That's really 8 issues as there's 2 comics in 1 magazine.

Bumpety bump bump bump.

I quite liked it. I loved the "We really should start checking that before we get outside" line. As Edna Krabappel (R.I.P.) would say - HA!

Didn't really like this one too much.  It was just a spoof of Angry Birds.  Issue #60, now THAT was an awesome issue!

Did Futurama comics seriously do an Angry Birds spoof?  I seriously can't picture that.  At all.

Yes, but then they ruined it by having the Professor flat out say something like "I've had it with these angry birds!" Really, guys?
