(Or 'Clue' for you Yanks...    :)  )

Well, if we can have Futurama Monopoly, why not Cluedo? I don't have an edition handy so I can't come up with many suggestions for all the cards, but I just like the idea of someone saying "I suspect that Amy killed Scruffy in the engine room with the L-unit"...

"Futurama Cluedo" would be a flop. Why? Because every time you play you'll discover that "Bender did it".... Every time.... Trust me....

No way, dude! Deep down inside, Leela's a killer and we all know it! Farnsworth is a senile, amoral crackpot; he could kill everyone and not remember it. Zoidberg has been known to cut a few limbs off in a fit of pique...and Zapp has been responsible for many, many deaths. Hermes? What do you REALLY know about Hermes? Who knows what he's capable of in the grip of...Reefer Madness??? Amy kills ME every time she smiles, but what about all those one-night-stands that are never ever seen again? Why is Scruffy so secretive? Fry? Fry might kill you by "accident," like he tried to waste Amy with that conveniently-placed banana peel. They're ALL murderers! Run, Kif! Run!!

(Kif bolts out the door screaming)

Ha ha ha! Now Amy is MINE!

in the actual game the "dead" person changes each time, same as the murder weapon and location.

A card from each category is picked at random (no peeking!) and put into the evidence envelope.  The remaining cards are shuffled together and dealt out to the players.  You figure out which cards are in the envelope by moving to the room you think the murder happened in and then making your accusations.  If another player can prove any part of your accusation wrong they do so by showing you (and only you) one of their cards (one that you mentioned, obviously).  Thus you can cross off said card from your sheet and reformulate your theory.

No, in the game, the victim is always Mr. Boddy. It's the location, weapon and killer that keep changing.

The victim in the regular version of Cluedo is Dr Black.

Well then...looks like we found a role for Cubert that everyone can enjoy! And we wouldn't have to worry about a motive; that's already firmly established--he's a li'l peckersnot. (Oh, just watch, now. They'll show The Route of All Evil now and he'll be elevated to Handsome B. Jesus or some other likeable sort and we'll feel bad...maybe.)

Yeah, I think Cubert should be the murdered one. The characters should still be the same as I listed above.

It's wierd that this topic came up.  I was thinking the other day that a Futurama Cluedo spoof could be in an AOI episode.

Anyway: the cast of characters:
Miss Scarlett - Amy
Mrs. Peacock - Leela
Mrs. White - Mom
Prof. Plum - Hmmm...  Let me think, the Professor?
Col. Mustard - Bender
Rev. Green - Zoidberg

Even though Prof. fits the role for Prof. Plum perfectly, I still think Fry should play him. We need all the main characters we can get.

Why do you need to stick to the original character names?

Not as much as Monopoly, but we did one of those too! Why not this one? Now, who's gonna design a board?

Quick question: How is "Cluedo" pronounced? Is it "clue-doh," as in "Play-Doh," or "clue-doo" like "Scooby Doo?" (As pointed out in the beginning of the thread, it's just "Clue" in the US.)

The 'do' part is pronounced the Homer Simpson way. Although not quite as abruptly. "A clue? D'oh!"

I'd just like to go on the record as saying "Cluedo" is possibly the worst name ever.
